AXA expands its network of preferred providers in Motor and Home

Axa has increased to 17 the number of repair shops that offer added value for the insurer’s customers, known as Centros Avance. The centre in Reus, opened last October, will soon be followed by others in Lleida, Seville and Palma de Mallorca.

In the same way, in the Home line Axa is closing the year with 20 AXA Repair Service (SRA) centres, which, among other advantages, offer an extended additional warranty of up to 18 months and quality controls after the repair work. Since it embarked on this path in 2015, the company has already implemented this service in 26 of Spain’s 52 provinces. The two most recent centres were opened in Palma de Mallorca and Álava in November.

“We seek excellence in our suppliers in order to pass it on to our customers. We constantly pursue the highest service standards so that we can meet policyholders’ needs in the best possible way at the time of a claim,” says Kristof Vanooteghem, Customer Operations Director at the company.
